Why Do I Have to Pay A Deposit For An Appointment?
- Your deposit(s) secures your appointment slot and plays as an ‘agreement’ that you will show up for your appointment. The deposit(s) goes towards the total cost of your service.
What If I Am Running Late?
- To be serviced in a timely manner, I ask that you be on time.
- There is a 15 minute grace period. After the 15 minute grace period you will be charge a mandatory $15 late fee.
- NOTE*** You must be in my salon chair ready to be serviced before the grace period ends; NOT walking through the door, in the car, etc.....
- After 25 minutes your appointment will be cancelled. No Exceptions. No Refunds on deposit(s), and a new deposit(s) is required to reschedule.
- Please communicate with us; No call/ No show cannot reschedule again.
No Refunds?
- No Refund(s) will be issued for cancelations, no shows, and reschedules made after the 24 hrs of the original appointment(s).
- No Refund(s) for rescheduling hours before original appointment(s), and a new deposit(s) is required).
Rescheduling
- We accept appointments that are rescheduled 24 hrs of the original appointment(s) to keep the same deposit(s).
- If the original appointment(s) is not reschedule within the 24 hrs no refund(s) on deposit(s) will be issued and a new deposit(s) will be required to make another appointment(s).
- Rescheduling must be within the same month of original appointment(s); or a new deposit(s) is required to reschedule for another month.
- Rescheduling is allowed once per original appointment(s); otherwise, a new deposit(s) is required therefore after.
Can I Make A Service Appointment And A Shop Now Purchase At The Same Time Or In The Same Transaction?
- No, Service appointments and Shop Now purchases must be made separately due to the check-out layout. Please make two separate transactions.
Can I Use PROMO CODES For Service Appointments?
- No, PROMO CODES only applies to Shop Now purchases.
Do You Have Specials And/Or Promotions For Services Appointments?
- Yes, all specials and promotions for Service appointments are sent via email. Please sign-up and subscribe to receive specials, promotions and coupons. Thank you.

FAQ PRESS-ON NAILS
How Do I Find My Nail Size? What Size Do I Order?
- Please refer to the Nail Chart for your size.
- Then go to your nails of choice and select: Petite, Small, Medium or Large in the size bar.
What If My Nail Size Is Different From The Nail Chart?
- No problem, please use the Nail Chart as a guide to measure your nails.
- Once you discover your nail size go to your nails of choice and select: Custom in the size bar.
- Then list your nail sizes from thumb to pinky.
What Comes With My Nails?
- File, mini buffer, glue, adhesive tabs, cuticle pusher, alcohol swab, nail application and removal instructions
How Long Will My Nails Last?
- It depends on the nail prep application and everyday manual labor
- Adhesive Tabs last up to 1-3 days (temporary wear or special occasions)
- Nail Glue last up to 2 - 14 days or longer
- Avoid long exposure to water when wearing Press On Nails
Can I Reuse My Press On Nails?
- Yes, If you use the Adhesive Tabs the Press On Nails can be reused
- First, remove previously used Adhesive Tabs
- Clean underneath the Press On Nails using Alcohol Swabs to removing any dirt, bacteria, and/or debris
- Then, apply New Adhesive Tabs and precede with nail prep application
Can I Order A Different Color?
- Yes, Select "Optional" box
- Then, enter your color choice in the designated box
- We will confirm your color request by e-mail
Do You Offer Custom Design?
- Yes, If you do not see a design that you are interested in or have a specific idea send us an e-mail
- We will confirm and provide a quoted price for your request within 48 hours
- Please note that every idea may not fit our artist style, so we may Decline or Tweak it to our particular design style
- Allow 2-3 weeks to receive Custom Design Nails
No Returns?
- We accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours ALL SALES are FINAL.

When Should I Receive My Order?
- Allow 48 hours for us to receive your order
- Once order is processed, you will receive a confirmation by email when order has shipped
- Allow 7-14 business days for delivery
