Shipping
Thank you for your order from Pinkee's Studio. Please allow 48 hours for us to receive your order. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped. Allow 7-14 business days for delivery!
Domestic Shipping
- We are not responsible if the wrong address is entered
- If you would like your order to be reshipped you will have to pay reshipping fee
- If your packaged is RETURNED undelivered to us, we will issue a full refund per your request
- If your packaged is NOT RETURN back to us and is marked as delivered, we will not issue a refund
If your package is marked delivered but you do not receive it, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. After 72 hours, Pinkee Nails cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
Free Shipping - Orders over $50 will ship free via USPS at no cost to you. Free shipping does not apply to expedited shipping.
Free shipping only applies if you are within the contiguous US.

International Shipping
- International orders will ship via USPS Express Mail International, Priority Mail International, First Class Mail International, UPS Worldwide Expedited, UPS Worldwide Express, UPS Worldwide Express Plus or UPS Worldwide Saver.
- Pinkee Nails is not responsible for any import fees, taxes or duties. Customs fees will be calculated based on the country you live in and what they charge for their fees.
- All orders will include original invoice and correct pricing
- Orders located outside of the US will not be reshipped. If you did not receive your order, a refund will be credit to customer
